DESIGN POOL in 3D

Our team will design and generate a 3-D computer rendering of what your future pool and back yard. So that you can see what your new pool or spa will look like and give you a chance to make revisions and improvements if necessary. Having a budget in mind, helps design a backyard pool that fits your lifestyle.

BLUEPRINTS / PERMITS

Once you approve our pool design, we move forward with the blueprint drawings and the required Lubbock permit. All construction plans are generated to the exact scale of your house yard and fully indicate all items requested in the pool project.

EXCAVATION

Following the design plans, we will lay out markers in your backyard of the future pool. This shows the outline of the actual size, shape and location of the pool.

Once the layout is approved, the Excavation begins. This includes removing the grass and all the dirt in the location of proposed pool.

STEEL REBAR

After completion of excavation, we can start roughing the plumbing and the steel rebar will be laid and set in place. This forms the basic shape of your pool. All the steel rebar is set using wrapping tools to ensure a solid base structure. In all of our pools, each pool has its own unique PVC hydraulic requirements.

SHOOT GUNITE

The stage where everyone starts to get a feel for the size of your new pool. Gunite, a mixture of cement and sand, is combined with water and shot onto the reinforced steel rods under super high pressure. This creates a very tough inner shell and forms the pool’s durable structure.

TILE & COPING

Here is where it gets colorful and creative. Yes, you get to select your desired pool Tile and Coping.

Our experienced and highly talented craftsmen will apply tile around the waterline, steps and spa.

All customers are Upgraded to their choice of Travertine Coping for no additional price. We feel it to be most important to build our pools with only the best of stone materials so that all our customers will enjoy a lifelong experience of trouble-free materials.

PLUMBING

The most important facet when we build custom pools is the Plumbing. It is the main artery that pumps the life source to the pool. All plumbing is at least 14 to 18 inches below ground level to ensure no freezing. All plumbing is pressure tested and carefully inspected before any further stages can begin.

DIRT WORK & ELEVATION

Extra attention is given to make sure that dirt work is properly addressed before final concrete is installed. Elevation measurements are taken around the backyard and pool to guarantee that future flooding or rain will drain away from the pool.

TEXTURED CONCRETE DECKS

Our custom pools have various concrete deck possibilities. From colored stamped textured concrete to pattern concrete to basic normal concrete. Our main goal is to provide the best options that suit the customers preference and lifestyle.

PLASTER / POOL FINISH

Plastering is the final step before adding the water. Applying the plaster requires an experienced, hard-working group to smooth and blend the surface to assure a beautiful finish. Customers get to select their desired color and plaster type. The pool is then filled with water.

STARTUP

Before anyone can jump in and enjoy the pool, there are a few important things that need to be taken care of. Certain chemicals need to be balanced as well as your pool needs to clear of any plaster dust. Also, we do a thorough equipment inspection to make sure everything is working properly. And then it's time to jump on in!
